Avocado Hummus

What better way to use up avocados from Costco than to transform them into hummus?!  I am a huge fan of hummus, especially Trader Joe's Cilantro Jalapeno flavor.  It is so incredibly delicious but since I didn't have time to go to the store yesterday, I whipped up a version I saw on Pinterest.
