These are still one of my favorite no bake treats. They use all natural ingredients (rolled oats, dried fruits, nuts, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract) and have healthy fats (dark chocolate, coconut oil, shredded coconut). What's not to love?!
FYI: I typically halve the recipe and pour it into an 8x8 glass pan. We get between 12 and 16 bars out of it.
