Raw Vegan Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

If you're a fan of chia seeds like I am, you'll love this healthy snack/dessert!


2 T chia seeds
1 T cocoa powder
1/2 C nut or seed milk
2 T honey
1/2 t vanilla extract

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.  Let sit on the counter for 20 minutes.  Stir again.  Put mixture in the fridge to thicken for 4-6 hours.  At this point, you can dig in or put it in the freezer for a few more hours to create an ice cream treat.
