Oatmeal Mondays

Pear Ginger Coconut Oatmeal

1 ripe pear, sliced
1/2 C old fashioned oats
2 T shredded unsweetened coconut
sprinkle ground ginger
enough water to cover

Combine ingredients in your favorite breakfast bowl and cook for 2.5 minutes in the microwave.  Stir and enjoy :)
