Here is the recipe from a friend of mine:
1/4 C natural peanut butter
2 bananas
1 egg
2 T honey
1/2 C oats
1/4 C almond meal
2 T ground flaxseed
1 t vanilla
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and scoop into donut pan. I got about 10 donuts, just FYI. Bake for 7 minutes at 375 degrees. Carefully remove donuts from the pan and let cool on wire racks.
